This 1960s residence was built with sweeping ceilings accented by wood rafters, giving it an interesting, eclectic feel, but like many homes, over time had succumbed to damage, retrofits, and lost much of it’s original charm. We repaired damages, replaced flooring and lighting, added a new half-bath and entryway, and created a home that we believe will continue to be loved for generations to come for it’s unique, mid-century charm.
